Fruity Bread Pudding Recipe
We put the bread on top of each other, cut them into five pieces transversely, and cut them into four pieces longitudinally without separating them. In this way, we have cube-shaped bread. We arrange the bread on a baking tray with greaseproof paper, dry them well in the oven heated to 200 degrees, and fry them lightly—28 cm. We put the bread in a ½-cup tart mold by straightening them with our hands.
Then, we turn the apricots, which we cut into dice, by sorting and resting in hot water for 5 minutes by sprinkling them on the grapes and walnuts. After whisking the eggs and sugar with the help of a mixer in a separate bowl, add the cream, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon and continue beating. We pour this mixture on the bread and place this bowl in the baking tray, which we fill with boiling water. In this way, we bake it for 40-45 minutes in the oven, which we preheated at 200 degrees.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, we prepare the chocolate sauce by mixing the chocolate, cream, and butter that we melted in a bain-marie. Remove the sauce from the stove and cool. After slicing the pudding, we sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve it with chocolate sauce. Bon Appetit!
