Lasagna with Bolognese Sauce Recipe
For the bolognese sauce, fry the chopped onion, diced garlic, and carrot in olive oil. When the onions turn pink, add the minced meat and tomato paste and continue frying until the smell comes out. Add the sliced tomatoes and broth. Season with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper, and cook until the water is gone. Fix the bay leaf on the half onion by dipping 3-4 cloves. For the bechamel sauce, put the milk in a small saucepan. Boil the bay leaf onion you prepared by throwing it into it and remove it from the stove. Take out the bay leaf onion. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan. Add flour and fry until fragrant. Take it off the stove and let it cool. Add milk to the cooled flour. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, constantly stirring to avoid lumps. Season with salt, pepper, and powdered nutmeg and remove from the heat.

Soften the lasagna dough by soaking it in hot water. Place lasagna, bolognese, and béchamel sauce in layers in a greased baking dish. Continue the same process until all the material is finished. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the last lasagna. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
