Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe

First, put water and salt in a large pot and bring them to a boil. Meanwhile, add onion, minced meat, salt, black pepper, and half of the butter in a pan and cook it well (about 65 g). Boil for another minute; after turning off the fire, add two teaspoons of dried basil and let it rest. Throw the spaghetti into the boiling water without breaking them; try not to exceed 8 -10 minutes during the cooking time. Otherwise, your pasta will turn into dough. When the pasta is cooked, take it in a colander, but do not throw away the water and do not wash your pasta in cold water, throw the remaining butter directly into your pot, as well as a little more and boiled spaghetti if you wish, put some water on it, put it on the fire for 1 min. Turn it over and close the bottom. On the other hand, add this pasta water to your boiling sauce while it is hot and mix. Take your spaghetti on plates, add the minced meat sauce, parmesan cheese, and fresh basil leaves on it, and your meal is ready to serve, bon appetit.
