How To Make Walnut Bread - Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1 packet of fresh yeast
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Flour
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 50 g margarine
  • Starch

Walnut Bread Recipe

We dissolve the yeast with warm water and add the other ingredients one by one to obtain a dough with the consistency of an earlobe. We ferment our dough for 1 hour at room temperature. We pass the walnuts through the robot and add tahini, and mix. We spread our fermented dough into 6 egg-sized meringues and open them as much as the inside of the plate with the help of starch, and starch them and open them to 1.2 centimeters thick. We make a roll by laying walnuts in between, slicing the roll in 2 finger widths, placing it on a greased tray, and pouring 50 g of melted margarine.
