Chronic fatigue can affect a person's physical activities as well as pose a psychological threat.

Fatigue after a busy day is considered normal. However, if this fatigue does not go away with rest and recurs constantly, it would be beneficial to see a doctor. Mainly the duration of the fatigue that does not go away is significant. If you have fatigue that lasts longer than six months, you probably have chronic fatigue.

Reasons For Chronic Fatigue

The causes of chronic fatigue may also vary according to the age group of the person. While work stress, anemia, depression, or low blood pressure can cause fatigue in younger people, diabetes, kidney problems, heart and liver problems can also cause fatigue in older people.

Fatigue caused by exercise and running is usually relieved by rest and good sleep of 6 to 8 hours. However, if chronic fatigue persists for more than 24 hours despite rest and this situation becomes recurrent and lasts for six months, it must be investigated. The symptoms of chronic fatigue are as follows:

In some diets, consuming wrong, uniform, and less than the body's needs can lead to chronic fatigue in a long time because it is not enough to meet the person's daily energy needs.
